Overview
Framingham is a
progressive New England town in the state of Massachusetts. The town is located 20 miles
west of Boston and is part of Middlesex County.
With a population of a little over 68,000 permanent residents, Framingham is the largest town in the state. Framingham has evolved
from a blue-collar manufacturing town into a bustling center for retail, giving

Edgell Library, and the Old Village Hall. The Village of Saxonville
has interesting architecture and historic landmarks that are worth exploring.
The Athenauem Hall, located in the village, is an old building that dates back
to the mid-1800s. It served as Framingham’s
first town hall, a hospital, a jail and a school. Another Saxonville attraction
is the Edwards Church and Cemetery. The church is one of the oldest in town and

Framingham is
considered as the shopping destination in eastern Massachusetts. The town is part of the
Golden Mile, a large collection of retail outlets and shopping malls. It is
also home to the Golden Triangle, the town’s shopping district. Shoppers can
easily lose themselves in the wide array of choices that range from designer
items and hard-to-find antiques to unique souvenirs and gift items. Shoppers
World is a sprawling outdoor shopping mall anchored by several known stores
